Chef De Partie
Currently we have two rosettes.We are looking for a dedicated, passionate, Chef de partie. You will be expected to demonstrate an excellent understanding of kitchen management and organisation, demonstrate working knowledge of food Safety and Health and Safety compliance.You will need to have stamina, be able to learn on your feet. You'll also need to be versatile, because it is important that you gain experience in all sections of the kitchen.

Ice Cream Parlour Assistant
Now accepting applications for our ice-cream parlour Melt. Melt Gelato is a family run ice-cream parlour in the centre of Margate. We make all of our own Gelato on site as well as serving coffee.
Job requirements include serving ice-cream and coffees to customers, cleaning the shop floor, using the till and cashing up.
Experience in the food industry is a bonus but not required. Coffee training can be provided but experience is preferable.
Hours are flexible, part and full time available.
The airy and contemporary Bay Restaurant enjoys superb views over Margate's beautiful beach and the large west-facing terrace offers the option of al fresco dining when the weather is kind! The main entrance is located at 42 High Street offering Two Rosette standard, Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea and Dinner, with all dishes using fresh seasonal produce for both residents and non-residents alike.
We are looking for a dedicated Pastry Chef with proven pastry skills being able to prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread etc. following traditional and modern recipes. Decorating pastries using different icings, toppings etc. to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting. You must have an excellent understanding of kitchen management and organisation, being able to demonstrate working knowledge of food Safety and Health and Safety compliance.
Our ideal candidate will be an experienced individual who has the flair to create high quality dishes, whilst also possessing the organisational skills to deal with a busy kitchen and the attention to detail that is required
